Our story began in Central Texas when David and his wife, Rebecca (DaBecca), decided to take their farming experience of raising hogs and transition to produce craft pork products.

Over the years, DaBecca has expanded its offerings to include pork, beef, and poultry. However, we still remain committed to our founding ideals of creating old fashioned quality meat products from whole real butcher cuts, using simple ingredients and real hardwood smoke.

We believe in keeping things simple, taking our time, and truly caring about the details — the result is a product with a taste and quality that speaks for itself.
